Musical Romance

I will break out of my usual poetic posting temporarily as I want to share 2 songs that I am loving at the moment, both of which are recently new to me and have been discovered via you lovely bloggers.

Firstly and most importantly is this one … Every Part of Me – Steve Earle. I was introduced to this by a certain special someone you may know – the lovely Bruce aka the Brain Jar. This song is absolutely beautiful. I will say no more, but you probably already get the picture from our poems.

And secondly is this one … Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros – Home. I was introduced to this by the one and only Le Clown, so you probably all saw this before on his blog. It makes me smile and dance, and is such a lovely thought “home is wherever there is you”.

Between these two songs, I become a smiling mushy romantic mess. Hope you enjoy them too.

  1. Home is one of those songs I can not get enough of. I love every version I have seen of it….covers are lovely. It has such singability….I just love it, as well.
