On an evening walk today I spotted this bee. He was hanging from a honeysuckle flower by one foot while he cleaned himself with his other feet! He looks like a trapeze artist or something! I was pretty surprised that a bee can do this – they must have very strong hooks on their feet to hang on like that. I half expected him to finish with an impressive somersault 😉
