Fresh Spring Goodness

I was lucky enough to have a brief moment of evening sunshine when I got home from work yesterday so I nipped out around the garden for a few minutes before the sun went down. I was happy to find some new fresh spring flowers popping up 🙂

First Primrose – lots of leaves around but this is the first one I’ve seen starting to flower
The first Daisy – only 2 or 3 flowers popping out so far but I’m sure soon the grass will be sprinkled with them
First Dandelion (by the pond, which sadly has no frog spawn … yet! Fingers crossed!)

This post was (loosely) inspired by the Weekly Photo Challenge which, this week, is “Orange”. Not a lot of orange going on but yellow is nearly there, right?! There really is no orange around in nature at the moment!
