I don’t really do landscapes. However, the weekly photo challenge says “show us your best establishing shot…” so I’m going to look at it that way rather than a traditional landscape.
So here’s an establishing shot before I looked more closely at a patch of Celandines. It’s still pretty close up but you can see more than just Celandine, there’s a big patch of Saxifrage flowers behind it too.
Here’s another from a week or so back, hopefully giving you the feel of a carpet of Celandines.
And how about a tiny 24-spot Ladybird climbing around in its grassy landscape? If that Ladybird was the size of a man, that would be a mountain range!
Then there are my mini forests, rocky outcrops and green hills … otherwise known as moss in the bird bath 🙂
