I have recently acquired a book called Write Yourself Happy – The Art of Positive Journalling (by Megan C Hayes PhD) and it has inspired me to try out positive journalling. I’m writing this after my very first positive journalling session and I’ve found it truly did make me feel good, so I’m hopeful that this will continue as I continue to write.
