Another photo from my Monday walk (which seems such a long way away now!). There was quite a lot of frilly lichen on the trees. I like the way this one stands out against the green background.

It may be the middle of winter but some trees are still very green, though not from leaves. This one at the bottom of my parents’ garden is covered in lichen and moss which makes it very interesting to photograph.
